Junior Product Manager

Junior Product Managers in the Product & Change Management department (BSS-PP) are providing support to Senior Product Managers, who have end responsibility over the product and services provided by SIX SIS.
Junior Product Managers must possess a good understanding of the post trading business, the Swiss financial industry and understand the SIX SIS business strategy, to actively participate in its realization. Junior Product Managers are collaborating with various stakeholders within SIX SIS and the Business Unit Securities Services (BSS).


What You Will Do

  • actively support the Senior Product Manager in managing the product portfolio along the entire product lifecycle, from the idea management, the concept and business case creation to the product design and marketing, including market analysis and sales support activities
  • maintain the product documentation (online product catalogue, service guides, pricing lists, client presentations etc.)
  • participate in research work (markets, competitors, industry trends) and business analysis activities, necessary for the definition of business requirements
  • monitor product activities such as product pricing, profitability, financial benchmarking
  • participate or take the lead in the realization of specific business projects

What You Bring

  • university degree (or equivalent), ideally with a specialization in business, finance or economics
  • excellent analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a structured and results-oriented mindset
  • knowledge of the Swiss financial sector (direct experience in banking operations, consulting or project management is an advantage)
  • good team player, strong communication skills, ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders
  • excellent command of written and spoken German and English, knowledge of French or Spanish is an advantage
