You’ll support with reporting, campaign analysis and ad operation tasks such as creative trafficking, campaign monitoring in DSPs and where required, implementing identified campaign optimization.Reporting to the Senior Programmatic AM, who you’ll mainly collaborate with, you’ll also work with the Head of Programmatic & Adops, Client Consultants team, Finance and Investment team to ensure that Programmatic offering is performance-driven, innovative and integrated.You’ll work on different clients that belong to industry like fashion, beauty, automotive, banking.
  • Run reports, analyze the performances and health checks with associated weekly commentaries
  • Conduct historical (weekly/monthly) campaign performance analysis to help make informed decisions with support from the programmatic team
  • Campaign set-up of programmatic buys in DSPs with monitoring of campaign pacing and performance against agreed upon KPIs
  • Set bid strategies, monitor performance and implement optimizations
  • Provide proactive recommendations and program insights
  • Deliver applicable audience and optimization-based insights at agreed upon frequency
  • Build campaigns in ad server and traffic creatives following agreed campaign architecture (in consultation with the Programmatic Account Manager)
  • Supporting the growth of our partnership with our vendors (willingness to work also on-site in Zurich)
Qualifications
  • 6-12 months in active display media planning and digital campaign management with experience in managing client budgets
  • Performance-focused campaign experience is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to relate results to client business objectives
  • Good Excel skills
  • Experienced in working with site analytics, ad servers and attribution tools
  • Experienced in working with market-leading Programmatic platforms like DV360, DCM, The Trade Desk, Teads, Adform (DV360 and DCM are a must-have)
  • Experience with trafficking or Ad Ops understanding is a plus
  • Campaign Manager and DV360 Certification would be a plus but not a requirement
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • You’re a problem-solver person with the ability to create ideas and solutions
