  • You support the global product management team and the sales organisation and work closely with the quality management team in the production plant. Your main tasks are:
  • Processing of inquiries and questionnaires in connection with quality management, quality assurance and quality control systems, production processes, product and applications, as well as organisational tasks in the associated product groups
  • Coordination of audits and processing of audit-related questionnaires
  • Creation and updating of documents on the subject of quality management including SOPs and HACCP documents, as well as general information documents
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with GHS legislation, as well as creating and maintaining safety data sheets
  • Participation in the coordination and processing of product-related complaints from customers
  • In addition, the position includes a proportion of project management with a focus on management, coordination and support of product-specific and application-related projects
The Ideal Candidate Has
  • A degree in natural sciences, ideally with a focus on chemistry or food
  • A High quality of work, reliability and willingness to perform
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Excellent knowledge of spoken and written German and English. French an advantage
  • Good MS Office skills. SAP knowledge an advantage
