uniqFEED is a computer vision specialist organization based in Zurich. Our software-based solution enables augmenting live television broadcast content with virtual advertisements on top of real perimeter boards. To cover new markets and applications, we are expanding our team. For our headquarters in Glattbrugg, Zurich we are seeking a C++ Software Engineer to join our growing team.

Your duties/core responsibilities

Operations: Live sports events

• Setting up the AdApt production technology solution (in flight cases or an outside broadcast vehicle) at the event venue or media center
• Assist, coordinate, and control Broadcast Operations on-site during live sports events

Operations: General

• QA and beta testing of our AdApt software and tools for live sports Virtual Advertising at our head office in Glattbrugg
• Ingest and manage video material for testing and post-production

Multimedia designer / Preditor

• Creating design concepts and executing artwork and materials for a variety of multichannel deliveries
• Perform video production and editing, quality assurance, encoding, as well as graphic design and rebranding of videos for customers using in-house developed software
• Video editing productions for sales and marketing activities
• Design graphics (corporate, flyers, logos, website elements, etc.)
• Creating showreels and other promotional videos to showcase uniqFEED’s products
• Ensuring consistency of brand identity throughout all stages of project execution and creative development
• Contributing to the continuing development and evolution of our brand portfolio
• Support the creation of company-wide branded assets (presentations, documentation, branded merchandise)
• Assisting in managing the library of digital assets including images, video, iconography, and templates

Your profile

At a minimum, we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, film editing. media technology, or equivalent experience.
• Strong proficiency across the Adobe Creative Cloud and other industry-standard design applications.
• A high level of creativity, able to both conceptualize and execute creative projects.
• The ability to work in a live broadcast environment and deliver with 100% performance
• Highly computer literate
• Adobe: Premier, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
• Problem-solving and communication skills.
• A positive, solution-oriented attitude.
• The ability to communicate on technical topics in English.
• A good colleague. Someone we enjoy working with.

None of the following are necessary, but we would be happy to see:

• Familiarity with Linux
• Software testing (QA and beta)
• Work experience in live sports broadcasts
