Tasks

  • Keeping the books for the Swiss company and managing the accounts receivable and payable ledgers of foreign companies
  • Processing income payments, reviewing and paying invoices
  • Preparing Swiss VAT and withholding tax returns
  • Supporting the head of Finance in preparing the quarterly and yearly financial statements and in other controlling tasks
  • Staff administration and payroll accounting:
  • Monthly payrolling for 20+ employees
  • Reviewing and processing of employee’s expenses
  • Handling of accident and illness cases, preparation of annual social insurance declarations
  • Mail processing and other general administrative tasks
Requirements

  • Commercial apprenticeship (or adequate education), specialized further training in finance and accounting is a plus
  • Some working experience in finance or payroll accounting, preferably in a small-, medium-sized company
  • Reliable personality with a precise and independent working style
  • Good software skills in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel
  • Advanced French skills, good English and German skills
