For our client, an internationally operating Multi-family Office in Zurich, wer are looking for a forward thinking and agile individual with a solid, resilient and proactive personality.
The person’s tasks require a flexible, organized and well-structured way of thinking as well as an eye for detail. Diligence and reliability as well as clear and transparent communication are key.
Requirements:
- Commercial education, preferably within the financial industry
- At least 1-3 years experience as an assistant with marketing responsibilities
- Detail-oriented and diligent way of working
- Strong team-player qualities
- Proactive and hands-on mentality
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Very good verbal and written knowledge in German and English, French and/or Spanish would be a plus
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and place content on various media channels
- Draft content (texting and visualization of image concepts) on webpage in collaboration with external partners
- Participate in all marketing related projects
- Ensure document standards are consistently applied
- Collaborate with various teams to streamline communication
- Organize events and other marketing activities
- Ad hoc support of Head Front Office
