  • Member of the Executive Board and the international global management team
  • Responsibility for the worldwide Life Cycle Support of the SKAN Group
  • Active participation in shaping our corporate strategy and successful economic and personnel implementation in the area of Life Cycle Support
  • Knowledge of, contact with and further development of the relevant market environment
  • Decision-making and prioritising in the business unit with strategic vision
  • Structuring and organising the business unit
  • Direct customer contact, development of long-term, successful business partnerships
  • Personnel management and further development of the team in personal and professional terms
  • Building up an international agent and partner network and strong cooperation with the subsidiaries
  • Development of ideas for future business models and innovations in the business area
  • Global willingness to travel of approx. 10-20
