Compliance Manager - Full Time - Winterthur, Switzerland

Join our Legal, Compliance and Risk Management team within Group Functions in Switzerland as Compliance Manager to help us take Compliance to the next level.

In this role you will be accountable for:
  • Enhance company compliance program in the fields of prevention, detection and response
  • Prepare, execute and implement compliance risk assessments globally
  • Follow up on customer requests regarding company`s compliance program
  • Help with identifying, assessing and advising management on relevant regulations and designing appropriate responses
  • Perform 2nd line controls and act as an escalation point for country legal entities, Group Functions, etc
  • Support compliance qualification processes
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Solid legal or compliance education with min. 4-6 years work experience in an international company, preferably in a similar industry or function
  • Fluency in English (w/s) mandatory, German language skills an asset
  • Process oriented, with good analytical skills
  • Quick grasp of things, able to understand and navigate a complex international environment (organizational and legal structures, regulatory environment, etc)
  • High level of agility, excellent communication skills, resilience
  • Team player, high level of flexibility, positive nature and good sense of humor
