CORPORATE TRAVEL COORDINATOREF Education FirstLocationZürichThe RoleAs a Corporate Travel Coordinator for EF Education First, EF’s in-house travel agency, you will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic operations department. As a part of the Staff Travel Team (EF’s internal name for the Corporate Travel team), you will be working in Amadeus and Sabre GDS to help arrange air travel for all EF employees worldwide. You will be responsible for delivering high quality, efficient and cost-conscious flight solutions, as well as helping facilitate the use of our internal online booking engine. This position requires high levels of customer service, primarily via email, with staff of varying seniority, including C-Level executives and VIPs.Terms of appointmentSuccessful candidates will be appointed on a full-time permanent contract beginning as soon as possible.Responsibilities

• Provide consultancy services for flight reservations and ticketing through Amadeus and Sabre GDS
• Provide timely and efficient support to employees and external business units, in accordance with the agreed service level
• Find creative solutions for challenging gateways, time constraints and specific requests and/or preferences
• Maintain positive relationships with airlines when handling any issues or exceptions
• Liaise with teammates in Zurich, Boston, Hong Kong and Shanghai to make sure of smooth operations
• Manage, create, and troubleshoot profiles and bookings within internal systems
• Available for on-call emergency support outside of office hours

Requirements

• Previous experience working or studying in an international environment is preferred
• Relevant experience in airline industry and/or GDS experience is an advantage
• Minimum level of C1 level of English is a requirement
• To be considered for this role, applicants must either be Swiss citizens, EU-nationals or have the legal right to live and work in Switzerland.
