At ICM people with talent meet. At the core of this position is the provisioning of on-going Sales Support & Client Service to sales teams for all CRM related queries and issues. For this permanent position with our client in the Pfäffikon SZ region (oberer Zürichsee), with option for home office, we are looking for you as_

CRM Administrator and Customer Support 100% (127)

Your qualifications_

  • Excellent Client Service skills and positive attitude
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience in Salesforce administration or a similar CRM system required
  • Strong data management and Excel skills
  • Exceptional communication skills in English (C2 or native speaker)

Your responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support for all CRM (Customer Relationship Management) users, including reporting and troubleshooting
  • Assist in training of new users, and grow system knowledge across Sales & Marketing
  • Handle administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, etc.
  • Identify enhancement requirements
  • Work with Users to define and document development requirements
  • Be responsible for CRM data quality: identify and remove duplicates
  • Manage data migration
  • Draft and Maintain procedures covering team tasks
  • Become a trusted subject area expert in the CRM system
