MAIN OBJECTIVE


The E-merchandising intern is a key contributor within our Cartier Europe Branding & Client Engagment department. This role will be responsible for the catalog adjustments and search bar optimizations It will also support the team to anticipate commercial periods.

The position is based in Meyrin, Geneva within our "Campus Genevois de Haute Horlogerie".


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Catalog adjustments.

  • Assist into updates in WCS (catalog) and RAPP tool (ranking), all product listing pages as well as European dedicated selections.
  • Ensure that all the products push are relevant, in stock and key best sellers has the greatest visibility.
  • Ongoing adaptations to animate the selection in regard of local priorities and best sellers (Seasonal key pages/selections)
  • Monthly updates of our key listing pages and badges. (Latest creations, personalization offers, must have, ecc …)

Search bar optimizations.

  • Update in Algolia tool (Internal search tool) – Spot new/missed opportunities to rework our search display.
  • Integrate and deploy new lists of products (best sellers per countries – main websites)
  • Assist into deploying a new usage of the tool. (Using rules to rank thanks to product attributes)
  • Identification of key searches and organize the deployment of visuals (header & visual inserts)

Commercial periods anticipation

  • Assist the e-merchandising team to prepare future assortment, check stocks and reassortment with Amsterdam planners.
  • Assist into European key commercial messages proposition (per market), including contact details and taking into consideration SEO needs.
  • Assist into preparing retex including what was activated for main markets as well as best sellers and any interesting insights to share with the markets.

AB testing campaign follow Up

  • Competitors Benchmark, brief preparation including mock-ups and KPIs to follow. Organize calls with HQ Digital Operations to ensure AB testing follow up, adapt, and create necessary change request.
  • Prepare tests for main markets regarding next quarterly homepages waves plan and assist to discuss it with HQ.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Excellent computer skills with a strong focus on digital tools
  • Excellent collaborative & organization skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong sense of service and reactivity required
  • Fluent in English, any additional European language is a plus
  • Knowledge in Ynap & Algolia is a plus as well as expertise in Luxury Retail Industry
  • Internship agreement is mandatory
  • Starting date: March 24 (6 months)
