Join our GTC team within Chemtech division in Switzerland as Expediting & Document Controller (m/f) to help us take our custoner’s experience to the next level.

In this role you will be accountable for:
  • Coordinating the schedule requirements with external suppliers and Sulzer key supporting functions
  • Ensuring that the set-up manufacturing schedules meet the project requirements
  • Monitoring and managing internal and external expediting as per the project requirements, reporting progress to the project team, and managing - in case of deviation - recovery plan
  • Scheduling quality acceptance and inspections visits according to the agreed schedule
  • Setting up Sulzer document management system (based on clients contractual requirements and Internal disciplines requirements towards suppliers)
  • Tracking and controlling the document flow with appropriate document lists in line with the project schedule and requirements
  • Liaising with procurement in transferring the documentation requirement from the client to the vendors
  • Assistance in issuing of final documentation
To succeed in this role:

You have a University degree (Bachelor or Master) and a technical background. You are bringing with you some experience working with cross functional teams and in project environment. You do speak fluently English, German is an advantage. For you teamwork and being customer-focused are important.
