Position Summary
To complete our eBusiness department of our International Headquarter in Vevey (Switzerland), we are currently looking for a Global Consumer Data & Audience Marketing Analytics Manager.
As a Global Consumer Data & Audience Marketing Analytics Manager, you will turn data into a company asset by standardizing the way we define, collect & analyse consumer data to inform our brand activation plans in all channels and improve business’s performance. You will establish relevant operating model to deliver the right performance metrics and insights for Nestlé’s business across geographies and categories, as well as connect Nestlé 1st party data with external partners to enrich our consumer understanding and start developing predictive models to reach and activate relevant audiences.

A day in the life of a Global Consumer Data & Audience Marketing Analytics Manager
- Work in collaboration with Marketing activation team and Technology group to standardize consumer data collection and data storage across all digital channels to make the data available for performance reporting and analysis in all digital channels
- Engage with categories and markets to understand the value of data collected and promote lifetime value approach to understand the value of an impression, a visit, or data records for the business
- Define and deliver data science and business intelligence programs with the different teams (CRM, Website, audience, direct to consumers) and Build analytic models to identify Customer experience gaps and identify opportunities
- Take hands on approach to develop & deploy cloud-based analytics solutions integrating 2P data for audiences targeting and messaging optimization
- Help identify future proof methodology for channel optimization based on consumer behavior and Return on investment to help optimize our spend and drive growth
- 5 to 10 years’ experience in analytics and data science and /or decision science supporting Marketing & Sales/Media functions
- Strong experience as cross functional leader in Consumer Goods industry
- Experience in leveraging data for marketing and sales activation and analytics insights
- Fluent in English
