About The Job

The Head of Supply Chain Management EMEA is responsible for leading and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations across the EMEA region. This role encompasses the Management of our Regional Distribution Center inventory management, order management, after-sales service, and acting as the primary global contact for all B2B & major brand moments logistics inquiries. The incumbent collaborates extensively with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Your Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Manage Regional Distribution Center warehouse operations to ensure efficient product flow, implementing strategies for enhanced productivity aligned with global standards.
  • Set and oversee safety stock levels for Regional Distribution Centers in the EMEA region, optimizing turnover rates regionally to minimize costs while meeting service agreements.
  • Lead Sales & Operations Execution activities aligning sales forecasts with supply plans and collaborate in local Sales & Operations Planning for precise demand projection.
  • Improve order fulfillment efficiency to reduce operational costs, monitoring and enhancing on-time delivery performance for increased customer satisfaction, and owning order flow (order block management, fill rate).
  • Develop and optimize processes for return management and after-sales service regionally, minimizing turnaround times while ensuring quality repair operations.
  • Serve as the global point of contact for all B2B logistics queries, streamlining B2B order cycle times and improving fulfillment accuracy.

  • Build, develop, and lead a high-performing supply chain team while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

About You

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • Master degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years in progressively responsible supply chain management roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills
  • Experience in 3rd Party Logistics, encompassing sales and operations planning, after-sales service, and e-commerce logistics
  • Expertise in supply chain management, inventory optimization, and warehouse systems
  • Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
  • Preferred experience in Fine Jewelry or Luxury sector for a nuanced understanding of industry intricacies
