As HR Administrator 60-70% (m/f/d), you will join a small competent, professional and motivated team consisting of 3 part-time employees working in varied HR tasks, Payroll, Foreign Assignments, Recruitment as well as general Office Administration.

  • Coordinate and assist with recruitment
  • Support employee life cycle management and administration, from onboarding to offboarding, including preparation of employment contracts and other HR related administrative tasks in response to employees’ life cycle
  • Coordinate and conduct initial orientation of newly hired staff, including introduction to the Ovivo’s daily working tools for staff
  • Support monthly payroll process in Abacus
  • Communicate with external service providers and authorities about insurances, work permits, taxes, etc.
  • Maintain, input, double-check and update personnel-related and relevant baseline data including digitalization of personnel data
  • Support for employees travelling on foreign assignments
  • Management and monitoring of employee Time Sheets and absence records
  • Planning, coordination and monitoring of employee training and development
  • Support for office administration Does this sound like you?
    • Swiss certificate as a HR assistant or higher education in Human Resources
    • At least 5 years of hands-on and proven experience in HR administration, at least at the level of HR assistant
    • Knowledge of Swiss employment regulations and the Swiss social security system
    • Experience in payroll ideally experience with a payroll software
    • Experience with HR relevant tools
    • Solid command of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams
    • Fluency in German (mother tongue preferred) and English (written and spoken); other languages (in particular French) are an advantage. The main working language at the company is English.
    • Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills, with independent ability to see and set priorities and pay attention to detail.
    • An open-minded, flexible and people-/service-oriented team player with a clear and committed sense and pride for his/her responsibilities and duties in this function.
