Your tasks

The Information & Communication Technology (ICT) Manager is in charge of ICT Operations, Projects, Security and Service Management on a global Division level. He supports, in cooperation with the Division’s IT stakeholders, Group Central IT and external providers, insourced and outsourced ICT infrastructure and ICT applications.
He also ensures efficient and cost conscious use of ICT Assets.

  • Act as a technical referent for the business and coordinate all the technical aspects within the departement, liaising with Group Central IT team and outsouces services
  • Lead and participate in projects aiming at the standardization, renewal and evolution of the shared R&D and Technical Unit IT infrastructure
  • Support the Division in the evolution towards Industry 4.0 and facilitate ICT innovation
  • Support the Division in transition to Microsoft Azure cloud hosting & operations
  • Management of internal and outsourced ICT services; act as a main contact of the providers, handle escalations and coordinate new requirements.
  • GFMS IT Security counterpart for Corporate IT
  • IT contribution to Business Continuity plans for GFMS Sites
  • Lead IT Coordinators team and ensure fast problem resolution
  • Collaborate in ICT Process Standardization and Improvement

Your profile

  • Education & Training:
  • Bachelor in information technology and/or successful track record in ICT Operations and Applications support in mixed production, R&D, industry and business applications environments
  • Experience : 5+ years in IT Service Management (and in outsourced ICT environment) plus experience in implementing IT security guidelines and in project management within a multinational company
  • Language:
  • Proficiency in English (oral/written communications). Additional languages, especially German, would be an asset
  • IT skills:
  • ICT Operations
  • IT Service Management for outsourced ICT infrastructure (workplace, network and servers)
  • Expertise in Business continuity management
  • Internal ICT infrastructure operations (server and communications infrastructure)
  • Support migration to Microsoft Cloud migration
  • In-depth and hands on expertise on Hypervisor, Server and communications technologies
  • Strong and structured drive for innovation
  • Projects: support for Industry 4.0, IT building control and management systems
  • Personal skills:
