We’re looking for you

  • Currently studying for your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism or relevant area
  • Aptitude in Internal Communications with a focus on writing, planning and coordination
  • Interest in people engagement, culture, inclusion and diversity
  • Proficient user of MS Office tools, particularly SharePoint and Yammer
  • You are detail-oriented, well-organized, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Able to work in a team virtual environment
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Interest in science and innovation would be a plus

    • You will join a small team within our Life Sciences function which supports our internal transformation. Your role will be to create engaging and inspiring news stories and other communications around a wide range of topics including our projects and programs, our new ways of working and recognition. There will be a focus on writing digital content and creating SharePoint pages. You will collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including the senior leaders in our function and scientists.

    Roles & Objectives

  • Speaking to internal stakeholders to gather information for publication
  • Writing news stories, creating PowerPoint slides, supporting virtual and physical events
  • Creating Sharepoint pages and publishing them
  • Listening to feedback from employees and making proposals based on this
  • Generate ideas for engagement across the function
