IT Business Analyst Digitalisation

These are your Tasks in this role:

• Act as the human interface in-between business and IT and keep expectations in-line with capabilities
• Deep dive into the needs of the business to word it into IT language
• Take responsibility for your solution and push it through all the phases to implementation
• Interact as consultant and enabler with all stakeholders and providers and project managers
• Be on top of technology to advise and shape the future IT systems, applications

The following skills are required:

• Higher Education in IT / Business Administration with ideally industrial touch
• Several years of experience in positions interfacing and enabling business with IT with a strong focus on a consulting / enabler approach serving the needs of the business
• Profound experience in BA, RE, process modelling and analysis, design specifications and use cases
• Strong communication skills with willingness to take over responsibility, think out of the box approach, cleverness and willingness to reach set targets, quick learner, open minded
• English excellent, German plus
