IT Product Owner Crisis & Business Continuity Management (m/f/x)

You will be part of the Global Cyber Risk, Control & Assurance team in the Chief Cyber Security Officer department and you will take end-to-end ownership of all aspects of Crisis Management as well as of Business Continuity Management (BCM) in Global IT. In this highly interdisciplinary role you will interact with a lot of stakeholders inside and outside of Global IT and will work both on the conceptual as well as the practical level.

• Must Have:
• Master’s degree in computer science, technology management, risk management, security management or similar
• 5+ years’ experience working in crisis management, BCM or related fields
• Proven subject matter expertise in multiple domains: IT service continuity management, IT disaster recovery planning/testing, IT operations (incl. IT incident and IT emergency management), business continuity management, recovery planning, crisis management, operational risk management, physical security, supply chain management, operational resilience
• Battle-tested in managing incidents that led to war-room activities
• Passion to lead virtual teams and act as a coach, trusted advisor and subject matter expert
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of relevant frameworks (ISO22301) and best practices (BCI Standard of Good Practice)
• Fluent in English (verbally and written)
• One or more of the following: CBCP, CBCI, AMBCI, MBCI or FMBCI, ISO Lead Auditor 22301
• Good to have:
• Military or law enforcement background considered highly advantageous (staff officer level)
• A convincing personality
• Ability to take decision and work under pressure
• Willingness and ability to build something new
• Strong ownership in everything you do
