Junior Agile Project Manager Global Private Banking

Aufgaben

Responsible for change and project management in a fast pace and dynamic environment / Lead change management agile strategy and activities / Responsible for designing change management culture / Implementing changes and moving, coaching and training key people / Promote the change of the mindset and behavior in the organization / Communicate the benefits of key organizational change activities / Work closely with a project managers, work stream as well business unit leaders and stakeholders / Plan the action of change with milestones and deadlines and implement change project mentality in the change team / Assess impact of the change for the Department and teams and provide recommendations for change and the duration of the change / Responsible for applying best practice frameworks and supporting timely delivery of the program roadmap / Coordinate change management activities with overall project plans / Support as change manager the portfolio of all bank projects successfully and lead the concept of training and coaching teams.

Qualifikation

Bachelor or Master in Business Administration or Economics / Certifications e.g. PMI, Agile Coach or Scrum Master are an advantage / Skilled in the usage of agile project methodology / Sound experience as a change or project manager in a bank, Big4 or consulting company in the bank or insurance sector / Experience with structuring and delivering pragmatic change solutions as part of large-scale transformation / Understanding of common agile frameworks / Experience in designing a change roadmap and structure it with change initiatives and actions / Planning, implementing and managing change / Proven team player with the ability to influence and mobilize others for results / Committed to hold meetings and define common goals / Senior stakeholder management and active listening skills / Forward looking mindset, pro-active and high delivery focus / Written and verbal communication in German and English.
