CONTEXT

I n the context of the Luxury New Retail, Richemont Group is accelerating its logistics transformation towards interconnected channels and enhanced service to our clients.

Group Logistics oversees global logistics activities to distribute the products of Maisons from manufacturers to our clients, our boutiques or partners.

We aim to transform our logistics activities while maintaining a consistently high level of performance. In order to achieve this, it is crucial to ensure that all actions of Region Logistics and Maisons are synchronized and coordinated effectively.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Reporting to Group Logistics Strategy and Sustainability Director, you will partner with Region Logistics and Group Logistics Business Capabilities to drive business development, to deliver operational excellence and to enhance sustainability:

  • Coordinate and animate regular exchange meeting with Regions Logistics and Maisons to reinforce the partnership and to identify corrective actions for improving operations performance
  • Accompany Region Logistics to co-build consistent approach of transformation and drive their organization forward and guarantee the execution quality to align with the strategic plan of the Group
  • Animate Logistics performance community and ensure the operational excellence of the end-to-end logistics including sustainability with Region Logistics and with Maisons
  • Ensure the performance and project management is applied in the standard way and in an effective way across Region Logistics

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of working experience in Logistics management
  • You have good business sense, demonstrate strong strategic thinking, and can navigate complexity
  • You are team player and able to work with multiple stakeholders
  • You are comfortable with change, enjoy innovation and act in an entrepreneurial spirit
  • You possess strong organizational skills including time management
  • You speak English fluently
