search in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. For our most recent mandate we are

looking for an exceptional talent in the following field: Pharma | Legal Counsel | Zug & Remote | Temp. 6+ months | 60-100% | Jan. 2023 | CHF 130’000

Tasks

Responsibilities:
  • Draft and review complex commercial contracts and pharma related contracts 
  • Produce, update, and maintain legal templates, documents and records  
  • Prepare board meeting minutes as well as periodic reports
  • Support the legal team across various responsibilities
  • Facilitate efficient corporate legal housekeeping

Requirements

Experience:
  • Fluenct in English 
  • Resident in Switzerland  
  • Completed legal degree (lic. iur. / MLaw)
  • In-depth experience in commercial contracting
  • At least 2 years of PQE in a law firm or as in-house legal counsel
