Flex Suisse is the leading service provider for supporting legal and compliance departments with flexible staffing, managed legal services and professional search in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate we are looking for a highly motivated talent in the following field:

Pharma | Legal Counsel | Basel & Remote | Temp. 6 months | 100% | Nov. 2022 | CHF 160’000+

Tasks

Responsibilities:
  • Counsel on promotional activities, marketing strategies and distribution arrangements
  • Negotiate, draft and review commercial contracts and legal documents including R&D
  • Advise on corporate and commercial matters across a variety of functions  
  • Render cross-departmental support on GDPR and IP related questions
  • Assist with legal guidance and support for the clinical trial program

Requirements

Experience:
  • Fluent in English
  • University degree in law
  • Prior exposure to commercial contracting 
  • In-depth experience in commercial law and Data Privacy
  • At least 5 years of PQE in a law firm or in the pharma industry
