Apply now!What to expectAs a member of our international Microbiology Process Validation department, you will be responsible for project planning, workload analysis as well as monitoring of overall performance. Together with other team members, you will champion best-in-class compliance with aseptic manufacturing regulations and standards. As a key player for the knowledge management, you will be participating and assisting internal and/or external knowledge exchange platforms.Responsibilities
  • Plan departmental resources as per project plan
  • Timely estimate and prepare necessary material for projects
  • Establish workload analysis as per business needs
  • Develop relevant KPIs and monitor overall performance
  • Manage project documentation
  • Support on-site isolator decontamination cycle qualification
  • Initiate and/or participate in continuous improvement related to Quality, Compliance or Efficiency
  • Maintain training and qualification matrix
  • Own assigned tasks and projects
Hardskills
  • Degree in Life Science, Engineering or Technology
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences preferred in Pharma, BioTech or MedTech industry
  • Good knowledge in cGMP
  • Experiences in aseptic manufacturing and process validation
  • Experiences in Isolator H2O2 decontamination is a plus
  • Fluent both in German and English
