The ideal candidate will use their love of digital design to forward our corporate mission of opening the world through education. To achieve this, the candidate must have the skills to conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to our product sites, working in a cross-functional team that thrives on turning digital insights into creative solutions.   • Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to EF’s product sites using Figma to prototype
  • Create user friendly digital experiences for every aspect of our websites
  • Research and evaluate user requirements, as well as test prototypes to deliver great user experiences by providing exceptional, intuitive and user-centered design solutions
  • Work closely with creative, tech and marketing to create functional and appealing concepts and prototypes, following business goals and objectives
  • Effectively document your work and make it understandable for key stakeholders
  • Work closely with other designers, project managers and stakeholders following design thinking principles to create customer centric sites to grow our business
  • Apply usability heuristics and UX design best practices to ensure a great user experience
Key Requirements
  • Demonstrable UX design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing case studies to exemplify your process and decision making
  • Solid experience in creating prototypes using Figma
  • Experience in running workshops and using design thinking methods
  • Up-to-date with the latest UX methods, techniques, and technologies
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)

    • Confidence to question and come up with creative solution
    • Take stakeholders on a storytelling journey to explain your projects
  • Can cope with a complex environment, in a rapid paced business with a global presence
