Our customer is a successfully operating polymers trading company headquartered in Zug, Switzerland and presently is expanding their sales team with a furtherProduct Manager PolymersResponsibilities:
  • Responsibility for the assigned trading and distribution area in the assigned product areas as well as support in the product purchasing of the ED.
  • Conception of the trading structure in the assigned product area in consultation and cooperation with the supervisor
  • active acquisition of new customers and suppliers in the assigned product area
  • Active control of sales activities via own offices / agents
  • Day-to-day business processing with suppliers and customers in the assigned area of responsibility
  • Risk management of long (resp. and short) positions within the given framework
  • Contributing own ideas for strategy development for the expansion and further development in the agreed product area
  • Processing of complaints and damage claims
  • Preparation of various statistics, calculations, monthly planning and budgeting in consultation with the supervisor
  • Responsibility for compliance with the annual budget in the assigned product areas
  • Visit suppliers and customers on own initiative in coordination with superiors
  • at least 3-4 yerars of sales experience in same industry
  • outgoing and communicative personality
  • English and preferably German and any other language is an asset
  • solution- and goal oriented personality
  • teamplayer yet selfmotivated and structured work attitude
