Job Description

To expand our Real Estate business unit in Switzerland, we are looking for Project Managers (m/f/d) that enjoy managing complex industrial construction projects and like to work in an international environment:
  • As part of a project team, you will advise our well-known and international clients on the successful realization of complex new construction and conversion projects of e.g. office and commercial buildings, pharmaceutical buildings or data centers.
  • You will manage projects of varying size and complexity, including project organization, project goal setting, project control and documentation of project progress.
  • You will keep an eye on costs, deadlines and quality at all times and strive for process improvements.
  • In your interface function, you will promote good and structured communication with the customer’s internal departments and the external planning teams throughout the project.
Qualifications
  • You have successfully completed your real estate related or technical studies in the field of civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture or similar.
  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in project management or project control for complex building construction projects.
  • You convince with your quick comprehension, your ability to think analytically and networked and your team-oriented way of working.
  • You bring along excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German and have very good user skills in MS Office and MS Project.
