The Customer Service is responsible for all the Services related to the GF MS Machines. In this department, Business Developement is at core to create new Services and facilitate the development of existing ones. Ready to satisfy our customers? Join us!


    Business Developer is at the core of all service operations. In this role you are in charge of managing the value proposition of the range of services are responsible for Commodities (Filters, Resin, Deionization and Chemical products), all along their life cycle from launch to phase out.
    You focus at translating the CS strategy to best-in-class value proposition services pushing for services and processes standardisation across regions in a GloCal approach.
    You support sales in the go-to-market strategy defined with the heads of market regions. You act as a game changer in the organisation.
    Communication Coordinator will support Business Development lines (Consumables, Parts, Contracted Services etc...) to ensure an effective product communication and launch at the front.
    You will develop and enhance communication tools to promote Business Development products in close collaboration with the Marketing and Communication department.
    You are responsible for developing and harmonizing cross Division Business related to innovative process and tools within his scope of duty.

    Marketing degree (SAWI or equivalent)
    Experience in marketing processes development and implementation, if possible in the Service field
    Experience in product marketing, digital marketing and product management
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills English
    At ease with matrix organisation, collaborative, and multi-cultural teams.
    Proven track records of project management with matrix organization.
