Sales coordinator intern


  • From May/June 2023 for 9 months.
  • An internship agreement is required.

Mission:

  • Provide B2B service by email and through the booster platform

  • Support wholesale team with daily operations tasks to ensure targets achievements

  • Daily check of sell-out declaration and replenishment proposal

  • Support for staff sale 2x year

  • Follow-up of retailization KPI’s


1. Sales administration

  • Processing orders and follow-up on product availabilities and delivery status

  • Close follow up and contact with HQ supply chain team to optimize product availability


2. Staff sales:

  • Daily follow-up on staff sales payments

  • Sending of reminders when needed


3. Retailization KPI’s:

  • Monthly follow-up of watch sales w/o warranty extension

  • Monthly follow-up on other Retailization KPI’s


Technical skills and profile:

  • MS Office experience required

  • At ease with different IT tools and platforms

  • SAP knowledge preferred

  • Fluent in French and English, German a Plus

  • Strong Customer focus

  • Positive attitude and team player
