Our Support Functions deliver services and make recommendations about ways to enhance our workplace and the culture of our organization. Our Support Functions include HR, Finance, Information Technology, Legal, Procurement, Administration, Facilities and Security.

The Senior Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) 60% to 100% will be providing general administrative duties and project support to the EURAM Animal Health Finance Lead and broader Finance Leadership Team with the ability to produce/complete various work assignments requiring advanced analytical ability, independent judgment, creativity, and problem-solving skills under tight timelines.

The primary activities include and are not limited to the following:

  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks by managing complex schedules/calendars, travel, expenses, planning, scheduling interviews, onboarding of new employees including training assignment

  • Actively contribute to finance LT agenda planning across Europe, Middle East and Africa including scheduling, agenda and content generation, and documents gathering

  • Manage departmental communication activities including but not limited to website/TeamSite, Town Halls, Surveys, Newsletters, organizational announcements, training deadlines, maintenance of distribution lists

  • Coordinate headcount and training tracking for the entire department in collaboration with the LT members and provide workforce analytics contributing to the strategic HR initiatives of the department

  • Identify, plan and implement structural improvement of administrative and business processes, including standardization & digital transformation

Your profile:

  • Previous experience in a similar role with strong focus in administration

  • Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks with great attention to detail and operate independently

  • Ability to effectively communicate to a global organization and interact with our Company’s executives and their assistants as well as internal/external stakeholders both on-site and remotely

  • Understanding of the proper handling of confidential and sensitive information and documents

  • Ability to efficiently execute work activities requiring MS Office computer software and to quickly learn our Company’s internal systems

  • Able to rapidly learn and apply our Company’s new technology systems and platforms to work duties (such as new videoconferencing, expense reporting, collaboration team spaces, workday)

  • Strive for continuous improvement and pro-active problem-solving mindset

  • Excellent command of the English language, in both word and writing
