To expand our Technical Consultancy team in Winterthur, Switzerland, we are looking for a:Technical Consultant 100% (f/m/d)Your main tasks will include:
    • Technical support and consultancy in the business of reciprocating compressors for customers, agents and subsidiaries, in cooperation with the various specialist departments
    • Analyzing of failure cases of compressor components or compressor systems, including claim management process
    • Provide technical consultancy and advises to our Sales departments on the definition of scope for revamp and upgrade projects
    • Ensuring the documentation of the various compressor-related work are available in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system using the tool of Case Management platform
    • Preparation of detailed maintenance intervention & turnaround plans for all types of reciprocating compressors system using MS Project or other similar planning tools
    • Participate on the Reliability Groups for identification of chronical failures of compressor/compressor parts and be part of the task force development long-lasting solutions
    • Take part and develop Knowledge Management content and activities
    • Carrying out customer and corporate trainings including the development of training documentation
    • Coordinate and/or participate of Technical Exchange Meeting with our major customers
    • Technical revision (proofreading) of operating manuals for reciprocating compressors

Your profile:
    • Technical training in mechanical engineering as TS/HF technician or HF/FH engineer
    • Several years of experience in commissioning and/or field experience of capital equipment, preferably reciprocating compressors of advantage
    • SAP knowledge is an advantage
    • Very good written and spoken German and English (level C1)
    • Willingness to travel 10%
