For our client operating in the Life Sciences industry, we are looking for a reliable and detail oriented Laboratory Application Engineer.

Your responsibilities:

Development, support and optimization of an automated data management system
Development of data transfer from analysis devices such as (N) IR measuring devices via databases in systems such as SAP, MES
Development of a system for the visualization of trend analyzes of the measured values for the calibration of the analysis devices
Creation of reports and alarm systems when control limits are exceeded
Integration of new measuring devices and methods into the data management system
Collaboration in expanding the product portfolio that can be analyzed using (N) IR measurement
Further development of intrabatch monitoring

Requirements:

Experience in the field of food chemistry with a focus on analysis or as a laboratory assistant
Good knowledge of MS operating systems, databases (SQL) and device software (OLE / OPCUA DB interfaces), SAP, at best experience as a key user (ERP SAP QM)
Willingness to find solutions to QM and laboratory questions in an open, constructive discussion culture
Ability to develop new applications and contribute with new ideas
German and English
