As the Corporate User Experience Lead your main tasks consist of:
  • Anchoring the corporate User Experience in all Kistler Products (UI Platform Stream Lead)
  • Systematic adoption of User Centered Design & Best Practices for new and innovation products
  • Leading the global UX guild, improving UX on development level as customer-centric mentor defining the UX vision of Kistler
  • Shaping the products from concept to minimum viable product and further
  • Define and own the creative direction as well as the design system of our organization in close
  • Collaboration with (product) management and the TEC leadership team
  • Maintain company-wide governance with regards to User Experience across all business segments by providing strong UX leadership and establishing UX processes
  • Guide, coach and motivate a Slovakia based UX team to ensure business impact
  • Fact based decision making, ensuring that we collect, and use gathered data to support design
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Natural Science
  • 5+ years of experience as usability engineer, user requirements engineer or software developer in an international environment
  • Further education in User Experience, e.g., UXQB, CAS User Experience
  • Experience in methodologies e.g., Design Thinking, Design Sprints
  • Several years of project leadership experience, ideally in a SAFe environment
  • Many years of experience in the software industry, ideally in an international role with experience in distributed development environments
  • Ability to develop complex use cases with internal and external stakeholders
  • Solution-oriented thinking & far-reaching capacity for abstraction
  • Distinct entrepreneurial thinking & acting
  • Proactive communication & ability to work in a team
  • Fluent in English (C1 or higher) or German (B2 or higher) written and spoken
