We are looking for a :

SENIOR LEAD DEVELOPER

Mission:
We are looking for a senior lead developer to advise on our IT needs and build key components of our infrastructure. We want to build from scratch a new High Frequency Trading infrastructure.

You are a fully fledge developer, can code in several languages including high performance, low latency languages. You have several years of experience building and running an intraday trading production system.The role can evolve into a manager role.

What your background might look like:
-MSc level in computer science
-5 years of experience as a lead developer
-Experience building High frequency trading systems or event driven programming
-Experience with processing large amount of real time data feed like prices
-Extensive experience in Python and at least one of the following languages: C, C , Java, C#, Rust
-Best practice advocate, CI/CD
-Familiarity or willingness to learn Matlab
-Keen to learn new technologies


What you might be doing:
-Advise on technological choice
-Advising on build vs buy decisions
-Building prototypes
-Leading development of key parts of our infrastructure
-Setup coding best practices
-Mentor junior coders
-Assess technical team
