Your mission
  • Make sure that Kistler delivers the best software products or services possible
  • Ensure that only tested and documented software is delivered to Kistler customers
  • Define a new software distribution process and implement a new distribution system
  • Develop a state-of-the-art automated testing process which is globally implemented and monitored
  • Include all activities that center around implementing standards and procedures associated with ensuring that software meets a certain set of requirements before it’s released to the public
  • Lead a distributed team of 3-5 QA- and DevOps specialists
  • Define what needs to happen before a product is considered ’finished’ and apply the appropriate measurements to manage the Software Product Life Cycle
  • Strongly integrate automation and monitoring at all steps of the software development life cycle (SDLC), from integration, testing, releasing, to deployment and infrastructure management
  • Responsibility for the definition and implementation of a global quality concept with a range of quality measures and KPIs
  • Responsibility for traceability/monitoring of Kistler SaaS / cloud applications
These are your assets
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information technology / computer engineering or any equivalent experience
  • Proven track record and minimum 10 years’ experience in Quality Management and Software testing, Test Automation preferably in an industrial domain
  • Proven track record of DevOps and Software Distribution experience
  • Certified Test Manager, Site Reliability Engineer, or similar quality assurance certifications
  • Experience in Cloud testing and deployment to the Cloud; preferred AWS cloud
  • Strong leadership and presentation skills with an agile mindset and a high level of customer orientation
  • Experience in global collaboration, intercultural and international environment
  • Fluent in English (C1 or higher) or German (B2 or higher) written and spoken
