Our client is a worldwide leading company based in Biel. Randstad Professionals is actively looking for a "Lead Test Engineer" to join a dynamic and growing team.Job DescriptionYou will have to manage all the activities related to the system and acceptance testing for the embedded software in new products, including:- Test the project plan, estimate the test effort and manage the business priorities
- Identify the functional requirements and the resources needed
- Approve the test plan and the test specifications; take the responsibility for ensuring quality throughout the project lifecycle
- Participate in daily meetings to monitor and report on the testing activity progress of the testing teams, including onsite and near-shore contract resources
- Identify risk items and dependencies
- Lead the issue management meetings
- Communicate effectively with the rest of the development team and the management
- Adapt and develop the test strategy
- Manage automated testing by defining the test environment and the methods used
- Experience as project leader
- You have the ISTQB Certification
- Significant experience in debugging or testing
- Project experience using the SAFe agile methodology
- Experience with programming and scripting (languages such Python, C, C#, Appium etc.)
- Self-motivated and a team player
