For our Lean and Six Sigma team in Grenchen, we are looking for a new team member, to join us immediately or by arrangement, in the role as
Lean Coach Associate (m/f/d) 50%

Your tasks and responsibilities:
  • Lead and support specific Jabil Lean Enablement & Consulting Group improvement projects
  • Support the Lean Maturity Assessment process
  • Support and lead various projects
  • May require short and long term assignments at Jabil facilities for hands-on support
  • Support and lead various Kaizen Events and gain a deep insight into the Value Stream Transformation model my learning and applying lean principles, systems and tools in value stream mapping sessions and kaizen events
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Complete the Bronze Certification Coursework
  • Focus on administrative processes and automatisation of them by using Office 365 tools
Your background:
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and comfortable presenting to groups of customers or employees
  • Understanding of the fundamentals and principles of Lean Manufacturing
  • Advanced PC skills (Office 365, Power BI, Power Automate, Flow, Power Apps)
  • Exposure to lean tools and processes
  • Strong language skills in German and English
