Advising and supporting the private banking business worldwide / Monitoring the crossborder framework / Managing client complaints and contentious issues / Collaboration with external law firms in litigation proceedings / Negotiating agreements / Conducting correspondence with clients and authorities / Giving advice for strategic projects within the group / Following legal and regulatory trends worldwide / Collaborating to optimize the risk mitigation process / Holding presentations and trainings.

Qualifikation

MSc or PhD Degree / Lawyer / Professional experience in Wealth Management / Familiar with cross-border business / Ability of building networks and connections and in communicating worldwide / Solution-oriented / Reliable / Good communicator / Capable of coping with pressure / German and English.
