We are looking for a Legal Coordinator to join us as soon as possible. In this role you would be working fulltime in our Zurich office. You would be working mainly with our Leasing team, as well as our construction and facility teams to improve our legal framework. In this role you would be responsible for the contract management and organizing and archiving legal correspondence and support your team members in drafting legal documents and challenging the status quo daily! Your portfolio would consist all H&M brand stores. You will be part of a local team and as well as have direct contact with our colleagues in other countries and our headquarters in Sweden!


Job Description


In this role teamwork is key! Your tasks are in close cooperation with different stakeholders internally and externally both locally and globally to reach the local team objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contract management Monitor the lease signing processes until the contracts are duly signed by the relevant parties.
  • Responsible for organizing and archiving legal and other correspondence
  • Support lease team with preparing drafts of lease agreements and legal correspondence
  • Monitor deadlines, tracking numbers etc.
  • Make sure that all lease, construction and facility agreements meet our internal standards and follow the local legal guidelines.

  • Make sure to be updated on all relevant legal and commercial fields.
  • To be in contact with the Global Legal Team about local legal issues and global best practice.
  • Further administrative tasks

Qualifications


Just like everyone at H&M, you are customer- and sales-oriented, a team player and have entrepreneurial spirit and a speed mindset. You show an ambitious, enthusiastic, and optimistic attitude. Your personal qualities and expertise also include:

  • Federal VET Diploma in Business Administration (or equivalent)Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong strategic thinking and willing to challenge the status quo
  • At least 2 years work experience in a law firm, real estate company or legal department in an international company
  • Understanding of the local real estate market is an asset
  • Excellent written and spoken English and German is mandatory. French knowledge is a big asset.
