Legal Counsel

Our client, a leading force in the construction industry, is actively looking for a legal counsel with main focus on Construction Law. As a valuable member, you’ll be an integral part of a dynamic legal team and collaborate with passionate professional who are driven to make a difference.

Responsibilities:

• Legal Support of construction and real estate related projects
• Provide advise to the operational division in all matters relating construction law
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts (property law contracts, rental agreements, purchase agreements)
• Represent the company before state court and authorities

Requirements:

• Qualified Lawyer, admitted to practice law in Switzerland
• At least 3 years PQE and ideally combined corporate and law firm experience or minimum 2 years in a similar position
• Knowledge of Construction Law or interest on this field
• Fluent in German and English, any other language is a plus
