Your Tasks

Provide technical support to customers for resolving complex issues pertaining to the PC-21 (including system testing and rectification)
Offer guidance to customers regarding both, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks
Deliver expert advice in the realm of mechanical engineering, encompassing engines and structures
Conduct structured on-the-job training sessions for customer technicians
Document and communicate observations to the PC-21 Technical Representative onsite
Cultivate positive relationships and promote a safety-centric culture among customers

With this you convince us

Certified Aviation Technician (holding an EASA-B1 Licence or equivalent)
Possess a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance within a highly demanding environment
Proficiency in SAP and MS Office suites
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal; basic proficiency in German is advantageous
Exhibit a composed demeanor and demonstrate adaptability in challenging situations while maintaining a keen eye for quality
Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively within diverse international teams and communicate clearly and constructively
