For more information, please visit us at www.KVALITO.chLife Science Consultant, Global Medical Affairs (GMA) Project ManagerLocation: BaselDuration: 6 months (with the possibility of extension)We are seeking an experienced GMA Project Manager who will play a crucial role within the Cell & Gene Global Medical Team, working towards the singular objective of maximizing the potential of therapies to combat cancer. This position is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient execution of specific medical affairs activities, contributing to the success of the team’s global and country-level initiatives.Responsibilities
  • Identify process inefficiencies, gaps, and challenges, and contribute to the development of strategies to mitigate these issues.
  • Communicate activity status to wider GMA and cross-functional teams as directed by the GMD.
  • Participate in ad-hoc cross-functional sub-teams and task forces to address and resolve issues as required.
  • Facilitate the effective conduct, tracking, and reporting of multiple specific processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the GMD On-Demand Lead to ensure well-organized, efficient, and successful execution of designated medical affairs activities globally and at the country level.
  • Document action items and engage with internal stakeholders for follow-up and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate documentation by creating, updating, and organizing key documents.
  • Generate and communicate summary reports and updates to relevant parties.
  • Partner with the GMD On-Demand Lead to uphold operational excellence.
  • Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with members of the GMA and country medical teams.
  • Demonstrate operational excellence through the successful execution and reporting of designated medical affairs activities.
Minimum Qualification And ExperienceEducation
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as (Project Management, Business administration, Engineering, or a related discipline).
  • Nice to have medical affairs experience.
Language
  • Fluent in English (oral and written) is a requirement.
  • Additional language is a plus.
Work Experience
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, successfully leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.
Hard SkillsMust Have:
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Knowledge of project risk management and the ability to develop effective risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ability to analyse project requirements and create comprehensive project plans and schedules.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Skilled in the utilization of the Microsoft Office Suite encompassing Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook applications.
Nice to Have:
  • Familiarity with medical affairs processes and terminology.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
