We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Business Analystto join the Life Sciences team working in Switzerland. This role can be remote however you would have to travel to other sites when needed (around 10%).

This is a brand-new positionsupporting all of Manufacturing Operations with getting access to quality data in a timely manner and provide support through problem solving process to achieve the Operational Excellence targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Capture business requirements for operational reporting, build and deploy reports to give visibility and support standard work (Power BI environment)
  • Safety & Quality reports
  • On-Time Delivery reports
  • Inventory health reports
  • Work with end-users within the Supply Chain, Customer Service and Finance to drive automation, standard work and readiness of data
  • Seek opportunities to maintain Master Data to support reporting and business decisions
  • Ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required to support Operations Leadership team
  • Adhoc work to support new factories set-up
  • Participation in short/long-term capacity constraints projects
  • Develop Standard work and tools to support Distribution Centres, Plants, Planners and Core Value Drivers.
  • Other tasks to support on-demand requests
Position Proficiencies:

Knowledge & Key Skills:
  • Hands on experience of working with BI Visualisation tools such as Power BI or Qlikview – preferably Power BI
  • Experience with any ERP system, SAP preferred.
  • Previous business analyst experience – 1 to 3 years
  • Knowledge and experience of BI platforms, data warehousing and cubes
  • Past experienced in Finance, IT or Supply Chain would be an advantage
  • Analytical attitude with ability to listen and ask questions to get to the root cause of a problem
  • Ability to learn on the job in a constantly evolving environment
