Your role:

  • Deal Leader: Leading Buy & build and portfolio projects on your own responsibility and holistically from the first strategy analyses through the entire management of the transaction process (including negotiations) to post closing
  • Point of Contact: Communication and interaction with customers / owners / C-Level management and industry experts
  • Creation of resolutions and M&A evaluations for top management
  • Participation in national and international M&A transactions and further Corporate Finance projects
  • Project-related analysis of company, industry and market information
  • Implementation of company valuations
