Job Description

Management and leadership of the Customer Service Team:

  • People management, training, coaching, performance development, team members based on several locations in the world,

  • Management of the customer service platforms: tech support, customer relations, user community, customer training, customer satisfaction,

  • Ensure response time and SLAs,

  • Manage projects linked to the improvement of the department,

  • Maintain tight synergies with other departments, such as finance, marketing, sales, engineering.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar position,

  • Strong experience in Customer Service in an international BtoB company,

  • Proficiency in English,

  • Highly computer intelligent,

  • Outstanding leadership skills,

  • Able, and loving, to work in a fast-growing environment.
