MSI Express, Inc is currently hiring machine operators for 3rd Shift Geneva Location.

The Geneva location ONLY, will be transitioning to a General Mills Food Manufacturing Facility.

The Machine Operator is generally responsible for the production and quality of the finished product. Specifically, the Operator sets the speed of the equipment to pace the line in accordance with the specified efficiency standards, adjusts the timing to ensure proper weight and or volume of product, and troubleshoots equipment issues.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • Maintain a visual inspection of label placement, case codes, piece count and orientation as specified by the product standard and their supervisor.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all company policies including but not limited to general manufacturing and safety practices.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, reach, stretch, step, sit, climb, and/or lift up to 50 lbs frequently or through the duration of the shift.
Shift
  • Monday to Friday (Some Saturdays) 3rd shift hours are 10:45pm to 7:00am
  • Overtime available
  • Pay is $17.00 to $19.00 depending on Position (pay will increase when the transition occurs).
Shift Availability: 3rd Shift

Schedule: 3rd: 10:45pm to 07:00am
