Do you want to work closely with senior management on driving the function forward?We’re looking for someone like you to:



  • provide direct support to the GCRG Chief of Staff (CoS) to facilitate the smooth and effective day-to-day operation of the CoS team in Zurich and London
  • provide additional support to a Group Executive Board (GEB) member in their daily activities:
– assist with managing calendars across global time zones including scheduling senior level meetings– arrange travel bookings, itineraries and co-ordinate visa requirements– assist with expense administration– demonstrate initiative by identifying issues for executives and providing resolutions– cross team working with multiple divisions across UBS and ensuring forward planning for meetings, events and deliverables– manage staff engagement initiatives such as dinners or team building events



  • manage and support GCRG CoS ad-hoc projects and other requests and act as a team player allowing for flexibility and lending a hand where necessary
  • support senior management events incl. global townhalls, quarterly calls and annual conferences
  • work with a variety of stakeholders across Group Compliance, Regulatory & Governance and Human Resources
Your teamYou’ll be working in the Chief of Staff team for Group Compliance, Regulatory & Governance (GCRG) in Zurich. GCRG is the competence center for Compliance and Operational Risk Control, Governmental and Regulatory Affairs as well as Investigations and Governance matters.Your expertise



  • ideally 5+ years of experience supporting a senior executive in a fast-paced large enterprise
  • very organized with a structured work style and able to prioritize multiple tasks and adjust to meet changing priorities with distinct planning and execution
  • good communicator and strong collaborator across functions and teams
  • quick to learn and adapt to new things be it a new tool or different process
  • a highly motivated team player; honest, reliable and take a positive approach who develops good working relationships with peers
  • proficient in Microsoft O365 (ex: Teams, Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • strong verbal and written communication skills including fluency in English
