Your contribution to KPMG

    Deliver strategies and solutions to improve processes, systems, and organizational set-up of the Finance, Controlling and Accounting functions

    Produce and propose solutions to improve the organization of various finance teams

    Help your clients improve the timeliness and quality of their reporting, planning, and forecasting processes

    Lead the streamlining and simplification of end-to-end Finance processes such as Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash and Record-to-Report

    Set up and optimize Shared Service Centers and outsourcing structures to streamline organizational models

    Support clients in reviewing their finance technology landscape and provide insights on market leading solutions across the finance processes

    Take over project management tasks, coach and lead the more junior team members and support your experienced team members to meet the deadlines of the projects

    Regularly interact with clients to drive progress on projects

    Together with your team, support acquisition of new projects and help create sales presentations

    Design and drive marketing initiatives and publications to strengthen our visibility and credibility in the market

This is what makes you successful

    You have successfully completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics or (business) informatics, or similar degree

    You have at least 5 years of experience in Finance Transformation Consulting, or have worked on implementing Finance operating models and solutions in a multinational organization

    Deep understanding of Finance Transformation projects, like reorganizations within the finance function, ERP implementation projects, implementation of a finance shared service center or similar

    Knowledge about FP&A/Controlling/EPM processes is an advantage for this position

    A great interest in technology, Finance processes and the development of creative solutions

    Strong capabilities in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is a plus

    You are fluent in French and English, German language capabilities considered a plus, willingness to travel completes your profile

    Able to deliver high-quality services under tight deadlines; very good communication and analytical skills
