Manager Financial Planning & Forecasting (f/d/m)

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operational Planning: Develop a coherent operational plan that aligns with our division’s mid-to long-term ambitions. Your strategic vision will drive our financial success.
• Business Analysis: Conduct monthly and quarterly analyses to identify negative developments and potential opportunities. Your insights will be the compass guiding our decisions.
• Action Planning: Develop action plans for senior management to proactively address opportunities and risks, ensuring our division’s growth and profitability.
• Financial Target Setting: Derive growth, profitability, and cash targets for the division, its regions, countries, and functions. Your guidance will be pivotal to our financial health.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with CH Finance functions to resolve all Planning and Forecasting issues, ensuring seamless financial operations.
• Continuous Improvement: Support the continuous improvement of Consumer Health’s controlling processes and the tracking of steering relevant KPIs. Your input will drive efficiency and excellence.
• Project Representation: Represent CH Finance in projects on Consumer Health or Group level, allowing you to influence the company’s strategic direction.
• Cost Productivity: Regularly plan specific Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) cost package developments to support the achievement of agreed efficiency targets.
  
  

WHO YOU ARE:

• We are looking for someone with a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or an equivalent combination of education and experience. An MBA degree is a plus.
• We need your strong problem-solving and analytical skills to make critical financial judgments that steer our success.
• With 7 years of experience in Finance and Accounting positions, preferably in the Consumer Health industry, you’ll bring the expertise we need.
• Your profound finance know-how, including Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Target Setting, is vital.
• Knowledge in Deviation Analysis, FX Simulation, and Cash Flow management is crucial for effective decision-making.
• You understand commercial processes, especially sales forecasting, brand management, market dynamics, and commercial KPI systems.
• You’ll need to communicate effectively with senior management, various stakeholders, functions, and regions/countries in a diverse international environment.
• A proactive working style, the courage to speak up, and problem resolution skills will set you up for success.
