About the job

  • Lead the definition of Visual Merchandising concepts and modules for each program (approx. 12 per year) for the Jewelry and Watches category across channels and retail formats, bring product stories to life via product presentations and necessary visual/communication aids

  • Design product displays, identify zoning approach

  • Ensure a proper plan is in place (including engineering and production samples sign off) of retail short-life and long-life communication tools as well as digital in store activations for Monobrand and Multibrand stores, in all existing store formats

  • Drive message and visual consistency across all relevant consumer communication touch points in order to maximize communication effectiveness to consumers

  • Ensure proper testing/analytics/data are tracked and measured to maximize ROI of all tools developed

  • Manage, brief creative agency

  • Steer product selection for all relevant retail touch points

  • Ensure compliance of all tools developed to ensure market’s needs are met best

  • Ensure legal, finance and IP compliance

  • Provide deployment content (e.g. implementation rules for markets, guidelines, trainings etc.)

  • Manage the given development budget

  • Ensure compliance of internal stewardship requirements and processes

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • Degree in Fashion/Design Business or similar – strong focus on Visual Merchandising

  • 5+ years of professional experience in a similar VM role within an international setting

  • Luxury retail experience is a plus

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Attention to detail and excellent organization skills

  • Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization

  • Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude

  • Excellent English proficiency, German would be an advantage

  • Willingness to work in Zurich, to be hands-on to support showroom setups
